A passionate architect and project manager motivated by enhancing relationships and thoughtful design of the built environment.

Intro

Architecture is an endlessly fascinating combination of both form and function. This is particularly true for my work on healthcare projects where empowering and uplifting spaces must also achieve high operational standards. I work to blend conceptual ideas with pragmatic realities to craft spaces that feel as good as they perform.

Work

Currently I’m in a Project Manager role at BWBR in St. Paul, MN. I’m helping our teams “design facilities that support the spiritual, emotional and social needs of patients, families and staff.”

My Story

My journey as a professional started as an entrepreneur. I started my photography business in 2010 and captured hundreds of events, weddings, and portraits through 2015.

Being a business owner gave me the ability to pursue my life long dream of becoming an Architect. In 2012 I completed my Master’s in Architecture at the University of Minnesota. In 2017 I obtained my license to practice Architecture in the State of Minnesota.

From 2008 - 2018 I practiced different scales of Architecture within different varieties of firms. Seeing the variety of project typologies drew me to healthcare design.

About

Outside of the office, I’m most likely running--on the trails of Minneapolis' Hyland Park Reserve or after my three young children.
